Is the city responsible for pothole damage?

This is a question we are asked a lot. Due to bent or cracked wheels due to pot holes. The answer is a grey one. The city will do something if they recieve a certain number of claims. We are not sure what that number is. We recommend contacting the road maintance dept of your city about filing a claim.
